Easter is hopping its way to us and to help you make the most of your three — or four depending on your place of employment — day weekend we have rounded up 10 Easter events happening in Brampton. Have a look:

Meet the Easter Bunny

1. Free Photos with the Easter Bunny at BCC

From now until Saturday get free digital photos inside the Hudson’s Bay court from 11 a.m to 4 p.m. with the BCC Easter Bunnies. Yes, bunnies, there’s more than one. There’s Sunny Bunny, Super Hero Bunny, Fashionicity Bunny, and Hip Hop Bunny. Bunnies will be at the mall throughout the week and all will be present on Saturday.

2. Free photos with the Easter Bunny At Shoppers World

Shopper’s World Mall is hosting photos with the Easter Bunny. Get your photo taken on Thursday at 11 a.m. to 2 p.m or 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The first photo for each family is free, and Donations for Cops for Cancer will be accepted. A BBQ will also be hosted in front of Bad Boy and Canadian Tire.

Easter Egg Hunts

3. Easter Egg Hunt in Downtown Brampton

For the first time ever you can join the businesses of downtown Brampton by searching through different places to find the hidden egg. Not only can you win treats, you can also explore downtown places you’ve never been. The event runs from 11 a.m to 2 p.m on Saturday.

4.  Kidnetix Easter Egg Hunt

Not only can kids hunt for Easter candies, but they should also be ready for face painting, a petting zoo, indoor fun, and a meet-and-greet with Hunny the Easter Bunny. It all starts at 9 a.m. and goes to 4:30 p.m this Friday. The event hosted by Kidnetix includes four hunts and is a peanut-free event. Tickets are on sale for $20.

5. Yoga and Easter Egg Hunt at 5 Elements

On Saturday, April 15 from 1 p.m to 2 p.m, kids age 5-9 can awaken their imagination with yoga for kids, and then enjoy an Easter egg hunt after class. $15 gets kids both the class pass and some fun with the egg hunt. Register here.

6. Jellybeenz Indoor Play and Party Centre Egg Hunt

This indoor play center is hosting a special guest (hint: the guest is cute and has long ears!) on Sunday in honor of their 11th annual Easter Egg Hunt. The Easter Bunny will be there to play with children while they search the play room for hidden eggs. Egg Hunts begin at 11 a.m and noon.

7. Egg Hunt at Lakeside Garden Gallery

On Good Friday Lakeside is hosting their own Easter Egg Hunt. Admission is free and they promise tons of chocolate eggs stashed across the store. Non-perishable food items will be accepted for local food drives.
