The Ontario government just rolled out beer and cider at 87 new independent and large grocery stores in cities across the province, five of which are in Brampton.
Brampton already had eight grocery stores selling beer, cider and wine, and now a few more will be added to the list.

Grocery store sales of cider, beer and wine come with some restrictions. All three are sold during restricted hours: Monday to Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Beer and cider are sold only in six-packs or less up to 750 mL per container and wine is sold in a maximum of four-litre containers. Staff selling alcohol must also be a minimum of 18 years of age meet training requirements.
