A few tips for a successful market trip

  • Get there early if you want the good stuff! Yes it’s Saturday, which likely means you’ll want to sleep in, but getting there early is worth it! You’ll get first pickings of everything. Some popular vendors will run out of their best items before you know it.
  • There’s free parking under Rose Theatre and City Hall
  • If you’re on a budget, keep an eye on the price. Not all vendors have the same prices for their items, this is especially true with produce. So keep your eyes on the price if you’re looking for the best deal.
  • If you’ve got time to wait around until the very end, you may be able to catch a deal or two. Some vendors will lower their prices close to the end of the market so they can sell their perishable goods.
