Brampton’s annual rib festival — Rotary Rib ‘N Roll — is back for another year.
The annual festival brings together delicious ribs, live music, dessert food trucks and other entertainment.
This year’s lineup of rib vendors includes Jake’s Boathouse, Louisiana Seafood Oyster Bar and Grill, RD’s Southern BBQ, Turtle Jack’s Muskoka Grill and new this year, Sul Irmaos Smiokehouse.
Other food vendors include Tiny Toms donuts, funnel cakes, ice cream and more.
The fun kicks off Friday May 26 with live music in full swing through Sunday. Fleetwood Nicks ,and New Hollywood will perform on Friday night, The Carpet Frogs, will headline the Saturday night entertainment, and The Marc Joseph Band will close off the festival on Sunday. Plenty of other bands will perform throughout the weekend.
Sunday’s festivities include buskers, bouncy castles and face painters, balloon tiers, clowns, an animal and reptile show and a live Disney Princess Show — everything needed to keep the kids entertained for hours.
Rib n Roll runs from May 26-28 at Gage Park in downtown Brampton, kicking off Friday evening at 5 p.m.
