Just in time for the last few weeks of summer, Carve on lot 5 is officially open with not only a rooftop patio, but a stellar menu too.

The three-level restaurant in the heart of Brampton has been highly anticipated for months now.

Rooftop patios are a tough find in this city, so it’s to surprise to find that Bramptonians have welcomed Carve with wide open arms.

Carve’s menu is loosely based off of the concept of the English carvery. They typically serve carved meats like turkey, roast beef and chicken, with the traditional fixings like potatoes and vegetables.

Part of the decision to serve this type of food was because owner Pauline really wanted to offer the homemade, hardy and healthy dinners you’re likely to have on Sunday around the table with family. They’ve taken this concept and elevated it.

Even with this traditional take, the menu is anything but. Aside from their delicious roast beef dinner you can enjoy, they have plenty of dishes that add a nice touch of diversity, well suited for the true nature of Brampton.

Their jerk chicken sandwich is already getting rave reviews. It features the chef’s award-winning jerk chicken recipe with a lightly toasted ciabatta bun with avocado mayo, a spicy ketchup and coleslaw. It’s jerk chicken in a whole new, innovative way, and it’s downright delicious.

The menu is likely to be some of the healthiest options you’ll find at any restaurant in Brampton. Their mandate to keep their dishes fresh and farm to table allows for this.

Carve is a fantastic new addition to the Brampton food scene and the lineup of patios offerings in the city. Check them out at 15 Main Street north in Downtown Brampton.
