- 15 Fandor Way is trying to seek approval for a slightly bigger grocery store
- A driving school is seeking a zoning exemption to locate at 60 Lacoste Boulevard (previous use was a tutoring school)
- The Shri Maha Kali Ammaa Mandir (Hindu place of worship) is trying to have a parking exemption to only provide 4 spaces, instead of 11, at 13 Kenview Boulevard
