Retired hockey great Wendel Clark will be at his restaurant and bar in downtown Brampton this Saturday for a meet and greet.
The sports resto and bar opened just a few months ago at 36 Queen Street and has been a hit so far.
It offers popular pub-style fare like burgers, poutine, and nachos. With LCD televisions aplenty it also makes for a great place to catch any sporting event.
The restaurant also has a freshly-minted patio that backs onto Garden Square, so you can catch all of the entertainment going on there throughout the summer.
Wendel Clark, the man behind the name, played for numerous teams throughout his career, most notably the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Clark will be there from 9 to 11 a.m. on Saturday meeting fans and snapping photos. Don’t miss it!
