Take your practice outdoors this summer, Power Yoga in the Park is back for those yoga loving folks who also enjoy the great outdoors!

Every Wednesday starting July 5 power yoga will run at 7 p.m. at Gage Park throughout the summer months.

Expect to sweat — power yoga moves quicker than your typical Ashtanga or Vinyasa class. Nonetheless, all ages and skill levels are welcome. Classes are donation based, with the option to bring your own mat if you’d like. Check out the Facebook group for weekly updates.
