Popular cafe in Downtown Brampton Coffee Culture is undergoing construction after a vehicle drove into its window early this morning.
Based on the scene observed by residents as they arrived for their morning coffees, it seems the car made impact at a fairly slow pace, damaging the window and some of the wood trim.
“Coffee Culture is a popular haunt for Downtown residents and City Hall operatives. You could see many pulling up to the taped off door this morning and having to turn around. Happily, crews were already at work to repair the damage, so folks will be able to get their cup of joe by this afternoon,” said area resident Paul Vicente.
The driver of the vehicle has not sustained any injuries and it’s unclear at this time if external factors caused the crash.
