December 6, 2023 Calling all Brampton creatives! The Brampton Arts Organization (BAO) is gearing up for its last Unlocked: Creative Entrepreneur Speaker Series event of the year, set to take place on Thursday, December 7, 2023, from 6 pm to 9 pm at the Cyril Clark Theatre, 20 Loafers Lake Lane, Brampton, ON.

Launched in June, the Unlocked series has been a dynamic platform providing local artists with insightful conversations, practical advice, and motivational stories from experienced professionals in the arts and culture sector. This immersive series aims to ignite the creative spark within each participant through interactive discussions, panel sessions, and keynote presentations.

What to Expect

This final session, titled “How to Build and Reimagine a Career in Film,” promises an engaging panel discussion featuring prominent figures in the film industry. Whether you’ve always dreamed of a career in film or are curious about the diverse paths and opportunities available, this event is not to be missed.

Distinguished panel members include Kadon Douglas, Founder and Executive Director of BIPOC TV & Film, Jollene Phillips and Carlos Anthony, Co-Founders of Millennial X, Rouzbeh Heydari, Director and Producer, and the moderator, Crystal C. Rose, Actor, Director, Writer, and Producer.
