The city has just launched construction on a new playground within 100-acre Creditview Park in northwest Brampton.

The project is called the Creditview Activity Hub and it’s going to be a huge, 8,000 square meter playground. Not only that, but according to the city it will be “fully accessible, inclusive and AODA-compliant”, which means that truly everyone can enjoy the new park space.

The latest phase will bring a splash pad, playground, covered seating and other multi-purpose public space to the area. If it’s anything like the city’s newest water feature, it will be spectacular.
Construction in other parts of the park began in 2004, with the city adding new features regularly. Construction of this latest phase will complete by spring 2018.

Creditview Park is at the corner of Creditview Road and Sandalwood Parkway.
