Calling all local artists looking for space to showcase your art. Brampton Library launched a new program this year providing exhibit space to individuals and groups looking to display their works, and the program is now accepting more applications.

Brampton Library launched the program at a select few local library branches including Springdale, Chinguacousy and Mount Pleasant, as a way to bridge the gap between artists and the community, and to give Library visitors the opportunity to particpate in the creative life of the community.

The program also provides much-needed exhibition space to local artists, which can be tricky to find in the City of Brampton.

If you’re nterested in displaying your artwork at the library, review Brampton Library’s Policy on Displays and Exhibits and familiarize yourself with the Artist Release and Waiver Liability, as well as the Community Galleries FAQ.

To submit your artwork, please complete the application form, and visit www.bramptonlibrary.ca for more information.
