Nutella Pizza Showdown: J. Red & Co vs. That Italian Place

Move over Tim Horton’s, There’s a new Nutella product in town!

Let’s all rejoice because Nutella pizza has arrived in Brampton and is blessing our mouths with its heavenly goodness. Brampton is lucky enough to have TWO restaurants serving up their own versions of this delicious creation!

After learning J. Red & Co and That Italian Place have their own versions of Nutella pizza, we decided a showdown was is order.

For $9.00 you will be served a large, Nutella wood fired pizza topped with a generous amount of icing sugar. It is super doughy and they don’t hold back on the Nutella!

The pizza gets divided into eight pieces so it’s a great desert to share with your friends. If you decide to attempt this alone after your meal, we wish you luck! If you find you can’t finish it all (or want leftovers for breakfast) they’ll provide you a pizza box to bring the rest home.

That Italian Place

This restaurant is already very well-known for its delicious pizzas, so when we heard they introduced a Nutella pizza, we just had to try it! We actually had to go back a few times because they were out of strawberries, but it was definitely worth it.

For $11.30 you’ll get a warm pizza smothered in Nutella then topped with icing sugar and strawberries.

Although very similar to J. Red & Co’s pizza, this one has a thicker crust and is slightly smaller. Cut into four medium-sized slices it’s the perfect treat to satisfy your sweet tooth. All in all, both pizzas were delicious and satisfying.
