The twinkle lights and Christmas trees aren’t out yet, but you can mark your calendars because we have the date of Brampton’s Santa Claus parade.

Santa will make his appearance in Brampton on Saturday, November 17 starting at 5 p.m. The parade travels along Ken Whillans and down Main Street going south.

This year the parade will have a new presenting sponsor. Rotary Club of Brampton is taking the torch from the Brampton Board of Trade as parade sponsor and has donated $25,000 to the parade’s committee to make all of the Christmas magic happen.

The Rotary Club of Brampton has been a regular sponsor and participant in the parade since the Brampton Board of Trade revived the annual event in 1986.

The Parade is part of a weeked of Christmas festivities in Brampton: there will also be a pop-up Holiday market, the annual tree lighting, and more.
