Beginning Monday, April 27, Brampton Transit customer service counters at Bramalea Terminal, Brampton Gateway Terminal, and Downtown Terminal will be closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
However, the buildings themselves will continue to stay open for washroom facilities, with the exception of Trinity Common Terminal which will stay closed until further notice.
For those who need to load their PRESTO cards, please visit prestocard.ca or use one of the vending machines at Bramalea Terminal or Downtown Terminal. Brampton Transit’s Contact Centre team will still continue to operate and be available to answer any questions and help with trip planning.
