Brampton Transit announced service improvement effective October 28. The improvements are for new trips and schedule improvements, primarily to grow connectivity with local bus routes to the three GO Stations in the city.  

New Trips

Early weekday morning trips added to routes:

  • 501 Züm Bovaird
  • 30 Airport Road

60-minute weekday evening trips added to routes, to help riders to GO Transit evening trains:

  • 6 James Potter
  • 26 Mount Pleasant

Schedule Improvements

Schedule improvements to increase connections with GO Trains will be made on the following routes:

To Mount Pleasant GO Station and Village

  • 6 James Potter
  • 9 Vodden
  • 26 Mount Pleasant
  • 27 Robert Parkinson
  • 28 Wanless
  • 29 Williams
  • 55 Elbern Markell
  • 60 Mississauga Road

To Brampton GO Station

  • 1 Queen
  • 2 Main
  • 24 Van Kirk
  • 25 Edenrook
  • 561 Züm Queen West

To Bramalea GO Station

  • 13 Avondale
  • 15 Bramalea
  • 16 Southgate
  • 40 Central Industrial
  • 92 Bramalea GO

To Malton GO Station

  • 505 Züm Bovaird

Brampton city council encourages residents to take transit wherever possible. The service improvements are also part of maintaining Brampton as a green city.
