City Seeking Help in Spring Park Cleanup Efforts

890

Brampton’s bi-annual cleanup efforts are officially underway. Starting on April 1 and running until the end of the month, the city’s mass park cleanup efforts will aim to remove litter and garbage that has accumulated over the winter around the city.

The city’s Parks and Rec department is seeking the help of the community to ensure all parks across the city receive a little bit of TLC now that winter has come to a close.

Community members including families, businesses, schools and organizations are invited to assist in the cleanup efforts.

Volunteers can register in just 3 easy steps:

  • Establish a team — gather a group of family and friends, co-workers, or anyone from the community who wants to participate.
  • Choose a location. It can be the local park near your home, one near your business, or anywhere that’s convenient for you.
  • Complete this online registration form.
  • Start your cleanup efforts
