All meetings are open to the public (aside from closed items), and are generally held in the City Council Chambers, unless stated otherwise.

    • Regional Councilor Grant Gibson (Wards 1 & 5) is receiving, in addition to his salary, a retirement allowance payout of $132,706
    • Mayor Linda Jeffrey spent $11,770 on Christmas cards
    • Regional Councilors Elaine Moore (Wards 1 & 5) and John Sprovieri (Wards 9 & 10) spent over $2,000 on “telephone and cellular”
  • Amendment to Procedure Bylaw 160-2004 to permit members to account for absences from a meeting for “other municipal business” or “personal” reasons by also advising of the general nature of the absence”
