The Christmas season officially kicks off in Brampton this weekend with the Downtown market, tree lighting, Santa Claus parade, and a host of other festive activities. Ir’s a weekend of shopping, dining and entertainment right in your own backyard.
The market will feature a variety of vendors offering festive gifts. Enjoy the carousel, horse and carriage rides, entertainment and music. Santa will be stopping by for a visit on Sunday from 12 – 6pm. Don’t forget the parade on Saturday from 5 – 6:30pm.
Mistletoe Patio
Grab a pint, cider or glass of wine at the Rose Theatre patio. Food vendors will also be available for your dining pleasure! Including — but not limited to — Chrome on The Range, La Catrina Mexican Food, Little Shop and Tiny Tom Donuts.
Schedule and vendor list
Free parking is available starting Friday at 7 pm for the weekend at all Downtown municipal garages, including City Hall, Nelson Square, John St., and Rose Theatre. Please note parking will be unavailable at the Rose Theatre all day on Saturday.
