Family Friendly March Break Extravaganza at PAMA

March 1, 2024 – Get ready for an exciting March Break at the Peel Art Gallery, Museum and Archives (PAMA) from March 9 to 15! There’s something for everyone, including new exhibitions and workshops.

Family Fun Galore!

Join us for a Cartoon Character Design workshop with Sean L. Moore on March 9, where kids can create their own characters. On March 11, drop by for Family Studio Time: Space, and let your creativity soar! Kickstart March Break with Lexy the Rap Dad on March 11, and enjoy a musical journey for all ages. March 12 brings Family Studio Time: STEAM Art, exploring art and science together.

Explore the stars with the Challenge Island Workshop on March 12. Dive into World Water Day with Bubble Art on March 13, and be amazed by Bubbleology with Miss T the Bubble Queen. On March 14, create your own twinkly stars with Family Studio Time.

March 15 & 16: Special Family Day!

Don’t miss Family Floetry Fitness with Shakkoi, a unique fitness experience for all ages. Craft your own Corn Husk Doll and join the Sharing Circle to discuss cultural diversity.

PAMA has Fun For Adults Too!

Adults can join the Cartoon Character Design workshop with Sean L. Moore on March 2. On March 7, explore literature and art in the Connections Art and Book Club. Enjoy Music Night featuring the Brampton Folk Club on March 14.

New PAMA Exhibitions: A Must-See!

Experience “Lii Buflo: A Métis Way of Life” from March 9 to August 25, exploring Métis culture and heritage. Discover “Yours to Discover: Sights/Sites of Peel Region,” a permanent exhibition showcasing Peel’s rich history which starts this month.
