The anticipated Juice and Rosso’s Pizzeria by acclaimed Brampton chef Jason Rosso and partner Adam Valenti opened Saturday, March 10th, during the Hometown Hockey festivities.
The restaurant currently serves three kinds of 12-inch, thin crust, deck oven baked pizzas as part of its soft launch, with plans to continue experimenting with international flavours and build out a full menu.
Currently, the restaurant has a donair pizza, a Ruben pizza with corned beef, a mac ‘n cheese and pulled pork melt pizza and brie and pear concoction, all ranging in price from between $10 and $14. They have plans to roll out six more signature pizzas in short order.
