Looking to get fit this summer? The City of Brampton is offering free Zuma, yoga, Nia and meditation classes from June to August.

This class is for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. This class focuses on all elements of fitness; cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance.
A gentle approach to the ancient art of yoga. The combination of specific postures, deep breathing and relaxation techniques will help relieve stress, increase muscle tone and flexibility, creating balance of body, mind and spirit. Wear loose clothing and bring a blanket, towel or yoga mat for your comfort.
