Winter has officially arrived in Brampton, and thanks to the sub-zero temperatures, Gage Park’s skating trail has opened on schedule
Gage Park is magical during the winter season, with its thousands of lights and gazebo, and being surrounded by downtown Brampton’s small-town charm, it’s a great place to be.
This year, a DJ will be spinning tracks on Friday and Saturday nights, as well as Sunday afternoons. The City of Brampton will have a fire pit on-site for warming up, and a food truck will be available, too. Skate and helmet rentals are also available.
The trail will be open Sunday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Helmet and skate rentals, as well as the food truck, are available Thursday through Sunday.
Gage Park is located at Main St. South and Wellington St. West in Downtown Brampton
