One of the biggest problems with having a Starbucks addiction is probably the hit to your wallet. We love our Frappucinos, soy lattes and triple venti half-sweet non-fat Caramel Macchiatos. What we don’t love are the obnoxiously high prices, but alas, one must pay premium for a delicious morning brew.
Starbucks is celebrating Earth Day in the best way possible: one your wallet will love. They’re offering FREE coffee! All you need to do is head to any Starbucks location with a travel mug or tumbler on April 22nd to take advantage. Those of you who don’t own a travel mug can purchase one at Starbucks on Earth Day at a 20% discount. Starbucks already offers 10 cents off of any beverage when customers bring their travel mugs every other day of the year.
Starbucks is doing this as a way to reward those who consciously strive to make a positive impact on the environment. On April 22nd, you’ll have your choice of a free brewed coffee or tea, hot or iced. Starbucks for the win!
