Harry Potter fans at attention! The Greater Toronto Area’s first Potter-themed escape room is opening in April, and it’s going to be absolutely amazing.
Oshawa Escape Rooms, located a little under an hour’s drive from Brampton, is debuting a new game called Escaping Hogwarts on April 15.
They described the storyline on their Facebook page:
”You have been cursed on the train ride home for the summer and it didn’t wear off until you got back to school! You are having the time of your life roaming the castle at night with no one to stop you. The only problem? The doors locked behind you and you can’t get out! You have 60 minutes before Filch the caretaker comes back from Hogsmeade because when he catches you, he will hang you by your toes in the dungeon so you better think quick to find a way out!”
Not surprisingly, buzz is already circulating about the escape room and a waiting list of people who will have the chance to book once it’s open has already started. Those interested can add their name by emailing oshawaescapes@gmail.com or calling 289-240-4731.
