Holiday festivities kick off this weekend in Downtown Brampton

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Christmas markets, Santa Claus, twinkling lights and all sorts of holiday music.

This year the action kicks off in downtown Brampton on November 18. Check out a list of events below.

Downtown Brampton Christmas Market

November 18-20, November 25-27 and December | 4-10pm
Artisan vendors, live music, marshmallow roasting, carriage rides and more. This year the market runs for three weekends. Click hereĀ for a full list of vendors.

Official Tree lighting

November 18 | 6:30pm in Ken Whillans Square
All of the twinkling lights in downtown Brampton will be turned on for the first time this season!

Santa Claus Parade

November 19 | 5pm from Vodden Street to Elgin Dr
The city’s Annual Brampton Board of Trade Santa Claus Parade kicks off at 5pm. Grab a curbside seat or window perch anywhere from Nelson Street to Clarence Street for the best views along the parade route.

Free parking is available at all downtown municipal lots after 7pm.
