It’s that time of year again! Christmas lights are going up, the holiday shopping has begun and those cheesy Christmas movies are starting to air.
One of the best channels for those Christmas flicks is the Hallmark Channel which usually isn’t available in Canada, but for the first time ever, you’ll be able to view Hallmark Channel Christmas content on TV across the country.
Corus Entertainment which owns W Network just signed a deal with the Hallmark channel to bring content to Canada starting November 1.
You know what this means: you’ll be able to view the Hallmark Channel’s popular two-month Countdown to Christmas — also known as the best and most cheesy Christmas movie marathon ever.
Through W Network, 22 new Christmas movies will premiere in Canada, including Christmas at Pemberley Manor, Road to Christmas, Mingle all the Way, and more.
After each movie premieres, it will also be available on W On Demand.
They’re also airing some romantic holiday favourites like The Holiday, Love Actually, Four Christmases, and others.
W Network is available through Rogers on channel 27, and on channel 602 through Bell Fibe. Check out the full schedule of movies here.
