The Ontario NDP had raised concerns about Rasheed possibly breaking rules during a 2020 Las Vegas trip with developer Shakir Rehmatullah. Allegations included conflicts of interest and receiving gifts. However, discrepancies in trip details were attributed to an honest mistake.
