Vic Dhillon was first elected to the Ontario legislature in 2003. Dhillon served as Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Transportation, the Minister of Government Services and the Minister Responsible for Seniors. He has served on the Health, Education and Social Policy Committee.

Before his election, Vic established a family-owned business and was executive assistant to Colleen Beaumier, MP for Brampton West—Mississauga. He led many non-profit fundraising campaigns for the local food bank, the Korean War Memorial and a local group that provides relief services after natural disasters. Vic and his wife, Shaminder, are raising their children in Brampton, where he has lived most of his life. They have two sons, Robin and Sajjan, and a daughter named Taj.

Vic Dhillon holds a business administration degree from Lakehead University and is a Bowhay Institute for Legislative Leadership Development Fellow.
