Pauline has lived in the Bramalea-Gore-Malton riding since 1980, where she was the GPO candidate in the last two provincial elections. She has taught elementary school for the Peel District School Board, in a variety of teaching positions, including French and ESL. Retired in 2008, she continues as a supply teacher. During her whole career in Peel, Pauline was the school representative for the teachersʼ union.

She obtained a Certificate in Environmental Conservation from the University of Guelph in January, 2011.

Pauline joined the Green Party of Ontario and Sierra Club Peel in 2010. She is now a member of the executive of the Sierra Club Peel. She is the GPO shadow cabinet Women’s Issues Critic, and is the female Horseshoe Region representative on the GPO Provincial Executive.

Pauline’s latest local interests include active transportation. She is a member of the Brampton Cycling Advisory Committee, which is proud to have seen Brampton awarded the status of Bicycle Friendly Community by the Share the Road Cycling Coalition.
