Forbes’ Best Employers List
Forbes, in collaboration with Statistica Inc., compiled the list based on surveys from over 40,000 Canada-based employees. These surveys assess various criteria, including advancement opportunities, gender pay equity, and managerial effectiveness.
Forbes’ Canada’s Best Employers list recognizes companies meeting employee expectations, including work-life balance and competitive benefits. To be considered, companies must have atleast 500 employees and they cannot pay to be considered for Forbes lists.
All responses to the surveys are tallied to create a score for each company and those with the 300 highest scores made the list.
