Coffee Culture Café and Eatery, a fairly popular cafe in downtown Brampton has closed its doors for good due to financial challenges.
Regulars to the coffee shop were greeted with a notice in the window Wednesday stating that the location on Queen Street is now closed for good.
It comes as a shock to many, as the café often seemed like it attracted a decent amount of traffic, something that can prove to be challenging in downtown Brampton.
Sources say the café was having trouble turning a profit while paying rent upwards of $5,000.
They also faced the challenge of competing with the Starbucks right across the street.
Lovers of the café aren’t completely out of luck though, Coffee Culture also has a location at 10525 Bramalea Road.
