Brampton’s 16th annual Rotary Rib n’ Roll RibFest kicks off Friday, May 24 and runs until Sunday, May 26 at Gage Park.
This year’s event will have a lot of entertainment running throughout the weekend. On Friday night, Abba tribute band Abba Revisited will be performing as the main headliner. On Saturday Elton John tribute artist Elton Rohn will be performing.
On Sunday, there will be entertainment for families with kids that range from buskers, bouncy castles, face painting, an animal and reptile show, and Zumba. There will also be a live show at 3 p.m. soon to be announced.
Money raised from the event will be donated to four Brampton causes: Peel Memorial Centre for Integrated Health & Wellness, Tour for Kids, ErinoakKids, and Rotary Youth.
The schedule for this year’s RibFest will be Friday, May 24 from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday, May 25 from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m., and Saturday, May 26 from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.
