New York Times bestselling author and poet Rupi Kaur will be in Brampton this week in celebration of Sikh Heritage Month.

Kaur will be at the Rose Theatre this Friday, marking her third year participating in Brampton’s Sikh Heritage Month celebrations.

Kaur has had massive success with her two poetry collections, Milk & Honey and The Sun and her Flowers. Both have topped the New York Times bestseller list and took her around the world to perform.

Kaur’s themes of love, loss, trauma, healing and femininity resonate with readers and have garnered her millions of fans.

Last fall Kaur was inducted into Brampton’s Arts Walk of Fame, joining other successful Bramptonians like Russel Peters, Michael Cera, Trey Anthony, Director X.
