Finding high-end fashion in Brampton is getting easier with the arrival of Saks OFF 5TH at Bramalea City Centre (BCC) next spring.
Taking over part of the former Target location on the west side of the mall, Saks OFF 5TH is discounted version of Saks Fifth Avenue, offering around 800 brands.
The 28,000 sq. ft. Bramalea City Centre location is one of two new locations in the GTA; the other location will be at Pickering Town Centre.
Andrew Butler, general manager of Bramalea City Centre, says “The addition of Saks OFF 5TH further strengthens Bramalea City Centre’s unique offering in our market.”

Leasing documents on the Morguard (BCC’s owners) website show that the former Target space is subdivided into 6 spaces, divided evenly between the ground and second floor.
As indicated below, is appears Saks OFF 5TH will occupy space on the ground floor, with a direct connection to the mall and the outside parking lot.
New retailers for the other five spaces have not identified at this time, but each of the ground floor retailers will also have their own external entrances.
Saks Fifth Avenue was bought by the Hudson’s Bay Company in 2013. The new store will mark the return of a second HBC-owned property inside BCC since the demise of Zellers in 2013.
Saks OFF 5TH is slated to open in spring 2017.
