CrossFit Brampton has an online platform to that offers live online workouts 6 days per week with daily workouts recorded. They also have live Cooking with Coach weekly sessions and weekly What’s Up Wednesdays health and fitness videos. New members who want to join will be required to complete 3 fundamentals lessons before jumping into online classes.
Modo Yoga Brampton has livestreamed yoga sessions with a different trainers throughout the week. The schedule is Monday to Thursday at 12 pm, Fridays at 6:30 pm, Saturdays at 12 pm, and Sundays at 12 pm.
