From May 2 to May 5, the Festival of Literary Diversity (the FOLD) will be held in downtown Brampton once again with over 30 Canadian authors in attendance and more than 30 sessions hosted in facilities including The Rose Theatre, City Hall and The Peel Art Gallery, Museum and Archives (PAMA).

The festival, in its fourth year, celebrates stories that reflect on the diversity in Canadian literature and promotes many diverse authors. Topics such as black writers, sign language and Indigenous culture are discussed using a threefold approach: engaging readers, inspiring writers, and empowering educators.

Guests can get passes for to individual sessions as well as day and full weekend passes.
