Summertime in Brampton means outdoor movies, live music, festivals and lots more. Now that we’re in the thick of the warm season, it’s full speed ahead and this weekend there are three major outdoor events you’re definitely going to want to hit up.
Party in the Lanes – July 20
On Friday a massive street party takes over downtown Brampton. There will be live Latin, Jazz and rock music, salsa dancing, bhangra performances, street vendors, food and more — all in downtown Brampton’s laneways.
Rib & Craft Beer Festival – July 20 – 22
From Friday to Sunday Ontario’s largest rib and craft beer festival is coming to Brampton. The organizer, Northern Heat, also hosts popular rib festivals at Yonge-Dundas Square and the Toronto Beaches area. There will be lots of rib and craft beer vendors, as well as live music and other entertainment.
Stomp ‘N Stampede – July 22
On Sunday the popular country western party, Stomp ‘N Stampede, takes over Garden Square for line dancing, entertainment, and more fun. Learn to two-step and enjoy the live music. You’ll want to dust off the old cowboy boots for this one.
All of the events will have free admission and free parking.
