Fall is well underway and sadly for Brampton, it means the end of the city’s annual farmers’ market.
The market runs on Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. in downtown Brampton and it enjoys its final day on Saturday, October 12, right before Thanksgiving.

The farmers’ market had over sixty-seven vendors this year selling everything from pastries and spices to juices and all-natural skin-care products.
Every week the market also has local buskers playing live music, as well as cooking demonstrations in Garden Square and lots more activities.

Free public parking will continue to be available during the Market at the five municipal garages in the downtown core — City Hall West Tower, John Street, Nelson Square and Market Square. Visitors to the market are encouraged to help keep things green by bringing reusable shopping bags.
