Labour Day Weekend is just about here and when the weekend hits the Canadian Food Truck Festival rolls into Brampton.
It’s the first large-scale food truck festival Brampton has ever had and it all goes down on Saturday, September 1 and Sunday, September 2. It runs both days from noon to 8 p.m. at Chinguacousy Park.
The Canadian Food Truck festival currently produces festivals in other Ontario cities, including Toronto, Richmond Hill, Newmarket and Pickering. This year marks the festival’s first time in Brampton.
The festival will have 30 to 50 food trucks offering up a diverse range of delicious menus including halal and vegetarian options. There will also be live music and performances, a midway for kids, eating contests and other entertainment.
It all kicks off at Chinguacousy Park on Saturday, September 1 at noon. It’ll be a busy day at the park, so your best bet for parking is along Central Park Drive, Howden Boulevard and at Bramalea City Centre.
