We have all been eager for warmer weather and it’s definitely on the way.

One sign of the season is that on Saturday, May 25 Wet n’ Wild, the GTA’s huge 45-acre water park, will be officially opening in time for summer.

The park was formerly known as Wild Water Kingdom before shutting down in 2016. Since then, it has undergone major renovations and re-branded itself as part of the Wet n’ Wild family of parks. The cost of renovating the entire water park was over $30 million.

Wet n’ Wild is also home to the fourth largest wading pool in Canada, along with smaller wading pools and slippery slides like the Klondike Express and the Typhoon.

Tickets are $42.95 for adults and people over four feet tall and $32.95 for kids and seniors. For anyone interested in buying tickets online, click here.
