This Canada Day the City of Brampton will host its annual Canada Day celebration at Chinguacousy Park from noon to about 10 p.m.

Community Area

Attendees can enjoy the Community Area where they can participate in games and activities such as a temporary art installation for photo ops, various craft activities, and low-intensity lawn games. There will also be a variety of global food vendors in the extended food zone and a craft beer garden. The Community Area will be open from 12 pm to 6 pm

Music

If you head out to Ching Park you will be in for even more fun as there will also be the annual live concert at 6 pm with an opening act by artists Exco Levi & High Priest. Then there’s Elijah Woods x Jamie Fine at 7:15 pm followed by Canadian pop artist Lights as the headliner at 8:30 pm.

Finally, there will also be a fireworks display at 10 p.m. to serve as the event finale. The fireworks are presented by Tim Hortons.

Green Vending and Water Bottles

Vendors will be using environmentally-friendly alternatives for food packaging, and attendees should bring a reusable water bottle to take advantage of the bunch of water refill stations that will be in place throughout Chinguacousy Park.​​​​​

Shuttle Info

The free shuttle service runs every 30 minutes with more frequent shuttles once the fireworks are over.

Buses will travel from the pickup/drop off locations to Chinguacousy Park from 12 p.m. – 9:30 pm.

Buses will travel from Chinguacousy Park to the pickup/drop off locations from 12:30 p.m. – 10:30 pm.
