Open:
- Bramalea City Centre will be open from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Recreation centres across Brampton. Get details on hours and programs here.
- Shoppers Drug Mart
- Most restaurants but call ahead to be safe
- Movie theatres
- Federal government offices (i.e.passport, Service Canada)
- Outdoor skating rinks (Chinguacousy Park, Mount Pleasant, Gage Park — assuming the weather cooperates)
- PAMA (Peel Art Gallery, Museum + Archives) has a Family Day event from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Closed:
- Trinity Common Mall
- Most major grocery stores
- Banks
- LCBO & Beer Store
- Provincial government offices
- Brampton City Hall
- Region of Peel offices
- Brampton Library branches
Brampton Transit services will be operating on a Sunday/Holiday schedule. GO Transit will operate on a Saturday schedule.
There will be no garbage pickup on Monday, February 17. All waste collection will be on Tuesday, February 18. Also, recycling centres will be closed on Monday.
