Outdoor ice skating rinks
Outdoor ice skating rink openings are weather-dependent. Temperatures need to remain below freezing for an extended period in order to make and maintain the ice. As of December 14, Chinguacousy Park Skate Trail, Mount Pleasant Outdoor Skating Rink and Gage Park Outdoor Skating Trail are open for the season.
The City currently operates three free outdoor ice skating rinks: Chinguacousy Park Skate Trail, Mount Pleasant Outdoor Skating Rink and Gage Park Outdoor Skating Trail.
The Gore Meadows Community Centre covered outdoor ice rink is scheduled to open in Winter 2018, weather permitting. Fees apply.
Remember, indoor ice rinks are open in all kinds of weather – drop-in schedules and Learn to Skate lesson information are available at www.brampton.ca/recreation.
