From Monday, January 20 to Thursday, January 23, members of the St. John Ambulance’s Therapy Dog Services will be coming to some Brampton Library branches with their awesome dogs.

The program, called Furry Friends Study Break, will allow students who are busy studying at the library to take a break and have a chance to look at and pet these friendly pals. Studies have shown that petting friendly dogs can help reduce stress levels.

Furry Friends Study Break runs from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm on all four dates, which are as follows:

Monday, January 20: Chinguacousy Branch

Tuesday, January 21: Cyril Clark Branch

Wednesday, January 22: Gore Meadows Branch

Thursday, January 23: Springdale Branch
