Ring in the New Year in downtown Brampton as we celebrate 2020 in Garden Square
There will be a free live outdoor concert ending in a countdown and fireworks display. There are two countdowns: one at 9 p.m. (for those who cannot stay up late) and one at midnight for the more traditional folks. Mayor Patrick Brown and Brampton City Council will give their address before both countdowns.
Headlining the live concert is JUNO-award winning artist Magic!, known for the hit single “Rude”, and performances from Wing Night, and DJ Fizza.
The party begins with a kid’s dance and family-friendly activities at City Hall at 6:30 p.m. The concert downtown begins at 8 p.m. and ends at 12:30 a.m.
You can even ride there for free with Brampton Transit, starting at 7 p.m.
