It doesn’t happen often, but it happens. Another Brampton restaurant was just forced to close after a Peel Health inspection found it noncompliant with some of the requirements restaurants must follow to remain in good standing.
Last week Silver Spoon Takeout & Catering closed after it failed to maintain its food premises in accordance with the Health Protection Act.
The restaurant was shut down for four days while it worked to fix the issues. After a re-inspection on July 16, they were able to re-open to the public.
Silver Spoon serves Pakistani and Indian inspired cuisine through catering and takeout services. They have three locations in Brampton, Mississauga, and Milton.
The Brampton location passed its initial inspection, and has remained compliant up until the most recent closure.
