The farmers’ market is the one-stop shop for vendors to sell their fresh produce, meats, specialty items, and prepared meals to the public.

The Brampton Farmers’ Market will open for the season on June 15. It runs from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Main between Nelson Street and Wellington Street, but note that the street is closed from 5:45 a.m. to 2 p.m.

There’s also weekly programming over in Garden Square with cooking demonstrations, dance workshops and gardening tips by horticultural experts from 10 am to 12 pm.

Free public parking is available at the five municipal parking garages in the downtown core: City Hall, West Tower, John Street, Nelson Square and Market Square. For more info check out parking guide.

This year’s Farmers’ Market goes until October 12 and is always open rain or shine.
