Sunlight is your typical neighbourhood Chinese takeout place, and a reliable one too. It’s currently on the market for $169,000.
Mrs. Field’s
The Mrs. Field’s location inside of Bramalea City Centre is currently up for sale. They are famous for their gourmet cookies and other treats, and have been a staple in the mall for at least a decade. This location is up for grabs for $79,913.
Minar Sweets
Minar Sweets on Orenda Road is currently a whopping $308,000, it’s hard to say whether this is a high amount or not without information about their current sales. The area is a little bit out-of-the-way, but likely benefits from the industrial lunch crowd.
Anaya’s Eatery
This all-day breakfast joint is currently for sale for $99,000, and who doesn’t love breakfast in the middle of the day? Clearly its a trend, which makes this potential investment all the more appealing.
Pho Kennedy
Pho Kennedy is definitely one of the better pho places in Brampton. They seem to have some pretty solid marketing strategies and are active on social media regularly. It could be yours for $180,000.
Cannelli’s
This Queen Street Italian eatery is currently listed at $225,000, with yearly revenue they say is around the $700,000 mark. It’s located along Brampton’s central corridor, which will likely see continued growth in the coming years, so this may not be a bad investment at all.
Desi Flavours
For $94,000 you could be the owner of this Pakistani take-out joint also located in Heart Lake plaza. There’s lots of traffic in and around this area, so as long as you’ve got something good to offer, people will come to enjoy it.
